No Internet and TV for 2 weeks, nobody can help us ...

Hello Virgin Media. Usually we are really patient and calm but this is too much. Our broadband is not working for the last two weeks. No Internet and No TV @ home. We want to escalate the issue but nobody is answering the phone, and when you finally get someone, he is ending the call prematurely. As matter of fact, we do not want to pay the bill this month as you are not offering us the services we have signed for. What can we do here ? The easiest way is maybe to change provider. Sara.

They should be able to check your Virgin Media account from here.
