No EPG info

No epg info... Tried switch off, Reset box, Gone to network settings to connect to Virgin. no programme info. Please help as ready to throw in the bin and go to sky!!

Do you have a flashing mcns light on the front of the box, if so you need a technician visit.
If not you could try clearing the planned recordings and series link info of the box via the settings menu. Once done do another network connection.
