I,m in area 6. May I ask your area. I did finally ring customer services and was told they would issue a "form" to get my fault sorted, but no further info to date. Also told that I would not be charged during the fault period!!! Don't give much hope on that.

I'm so sorry for the continued issues you're experiencing with your TV service.
I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this from our end and we're not detecting any errors from our end at the moment, I hope that means things are working as they should at the moment?
