Not had any catch up or on demand for a few days now....thought it was just virgin upgrading but still no service...
Everything else working fine, TV, Phone and Broadband but the message on the tv says: some features not available right now (C130) also catch up and on demand is temporary unavailable, please try again in a few minutes !!!!! after a few days !! still nothing.
I have tried service status and nothing reported or faults found !!
Mine is the same - error c130, but only on one of my boxes which doesn't make sense. Tried everything and according to the self hep pages on the virgin site it looks like we will need and engineer. Best book tomorrow as they take days to book in our area. Out if the 4 months we have had this box it had worked for 4-5 weeks in total.
