Had the new tivo box this morning and still have no tv keeps saying network connection error 7011 after numerous phonecalls and to having being told if I plug old box in that may not even work hope we not going to have no channels on a Saturday evening.

I am sorry to see that you've had an error on the TV services in the home. It looks like from the tests I've run, the TV and broadband services need a looking into. I've not seen any outages relating to the services currently and would suggest an engineer to come out and adjust some levels.
