Lets hope customer services are more proactive to faults and customer complaints, at least for a while, especially those faults carried forward into 20.5.8. By their own admission the tv platform has been "neglected" for many years lets hope they don't continue along the same lines. I'm hearing the old problem with slow boxes, should be resolved for the rest of the customers by around the end of the year, at no extra cost. WINK WINK!!!
