New customer

Hi, we had virgin installed yesterday and so far have not been able to access on demand. All tv channels are ok and the wi fi is working. When I run a connection test it comes up with error C130 and tells me a network cable is unplugged.

Also the extra box upstairs has a blue flashing heart and no on demand either. 

 

Can anyone help?
