New customer TiVo problems

Hi ppl

i recently just signed upto virgin media.

i have had all of the services installed the phone line and broadband is fine but I'm having problems with the TiVo box I am getting all the channels but I'm not getting catchup and on demand and also I cannot get any apps or anything 

I'm wondering if there is any advice anyone could give me any help would be great. I have done a update on the TiVo box and done a restart through my account to

If you're a very recent customer then it can take a few days for things to fully populate so you can use catch up properly 

however you may need assistance so I would ring in if I were you. It could just be a problem with your account being incorrect their end which can't be dealt with on here.

It's great you've already had some good advice from Parrotperson, I've been checking the TiVo and it's looking quite healthy, can you tell me if you've been able to call in?


I hope that the On Demand and Catch Up content has been successfully added.
