My brand new TiVo box fitted yesterday keeps turning off & trying to start up but rarely restarts. I've rang virgin & they say it's because the cable to my house isn't right but I had a 1tb TiVo box last year with no issues before I moved to sky. Previous posts suggest the fault is with the TiVo box. How do I get virgin to change my box urgently?
Of course. I want my virgin media working correctly as soon as possible. We have previously been virgin media customers & always received an excellent service. I'm hoping this matter will be resolved very shortly but in the meantime I'm obviously not impressed that my new system is not operational
