Last week I set up my Virgin TiVo box for the first time. All seems to be working well apart from the On Demand and apps
When I click On Demand it shows error code (A01)
Also the apps and games menu is completely empty.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am very sorry that there's been some issues with the On Demand, the error showing there indicates a problem and after looking into the services, I can see there is one indeed.
The downstream power levels on the TiVo and broadband aren't working as they should be. With no local outages active, it would be best to get and engineer out to you as soon as we can
