Replacement remotes cannot be requested via the community, either you need to call in to 150 / 0345 454 1111 and report a TV fault (available until midnight.)
Or use the Contact Us page between 9AM to 5PM (M - Sa) from a desktop/laptop device: http://contact.virginmedia.com/ -> TV -> Help with my remote control. Click the 'Chat Online' button. If all agents are busy, refresh the page in 3 minutes or so and check again. Or leave the page open until you get a chat prompt shown on screen.
