New TiVo remote

As the marking on the buttons of my TiVo remote had worn off I phoned the people on 150 and ordered another. This was on the 27th Oct, it arrived this morning, the 31st, and following a straight forward guide I 'paired' it with my TV, no problem, very pleased with this service. Particularly as I was told that there would be no cost to me.
