New TiVo installation still not working after a week
I had virgin media set up on September 18th - the TiVo wasn't working when the engineer set it up. It gets stuck on a screen that says installing software - it gets through the "preparing" phase then hangs at "connecting" for about 15 minutes before saying "service not found"
The engineer said to keep hitting retry when this happened and it would eventually work, but over a week later and I still have nothing. How can this be resolved?
