What do I have to do to get a new remote for my TiVo box. I have tried ringing 150 but none of the options seem to fit and there doesn't seem to be a way to actually talk to a customer service rep.
Do you mean when I call 150. I have tried that and was just asked to wait for diagnostics to run, I didn't get the option to speak to anyone.
I'm sorry to hear you haven't had any luck in getting through to someone to get a new remote control yet.
If you try again and call 150, select options: 2 > 2 again > if a test is being done, wait for this to complete and it should pass you through to one of the team.
If you don't have any luck there, try our online chat team via Contact Us Select TV > TiVo > Chat Online.
