New Customer box not connecting

Hi I am a new customer who has just had Virgjn Media installed and we have 2 boxes and one works fine but the other can't get past the checking IP connections in the start up. 

We have rang customer services twice and they say our boxes are activated and they can't see anything wrong. They also said that they can send an engineer but not for another week! 

Any suggestions?

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your install.

 

I've located your account and I can see you've cancelled the technician appointment that was booked for you. I've run a diagnostic to make sure the equipment's Ok and everything is looking healthy at the moment.
