Network unavailable

Hi,

I cant watch any tv programmes. Help. Im getting a error message saying "Network availability c130" I've tried resetting the box and checking all the wires but nothing works.
Whenever i click on tv guide it says preparing channel information and just stays on 25%. Then says there is an error.
Is there anything else i can do, to try and get things working again.

known problem listed on the status web page, engineer on the way...hope its fixed by the time the footie starts

Hi, the problem has been fixed now. So the engineer won't be needed. Thank you
