I can never get On Demand to work on my TiVo box, I constantly get an error about network (code: C130).

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with On Demand.
i'd like you to try a forced network connection. To do this press Home on your remote control and select Help and Settings, Settings, Network then Connect to Virgin Media TV Service.
Once you've done that leave the box for up to an hour to update then try the On Demand services again.
