Network cable unplugged

Apparently my network cable is unplugged....but it isn't.

there is also a flashing light on my box.

do I need an engineer?

Hi can only suggest, what you may have tried already, and that would be to unplug your box leave it a minuet then plug back in to re boot your box, if you still have a problem then it's likely you'll need an engineer, though customer service may have another suggestion for you to try before you get to that.
