Hi. Tivo has/is displaying C130 and " some features are not available right now". Any ideas please? Do i wait and see?
Try home-help-settings-network-connect to virgin. If that doesn't work check the my virgin media website to see if it's a fault that's been reported phone for help

Followed your recommendation but no connection. "network Cable Unplugged N27 check cables to Tivo box"
Unable to detect any probs with connections. Looks like a phone call !
