Network availability(c180) Network cable unplugged

HI Ive been unable to access catchup TV or any apps for a over a week now despite resetting the equipment several times it simply comes up as network availability C130.I now have no tv guide either as it claims I have a network cable unplugged? The heart on the front of the Tivo box is flashing green.Help with this would be appreciated.

After a week I might have phoned in! If it isn't a fault in your neighbourhood(check on VM website) in then you need an engineer or at least a conversation. 150 from a virgin phone or 0345-454-1111
