Network availability c133

Had a problem with my catchup service this morning. - contact fm following an online chat this was fixed - just tried now got the above error message. - can someone fix please

Hi there masefield, 

 

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with the C133 error message over the last few days, and I'd really like to help you out. 

 

I've done some testing on the line and can see that there is an issue with the Hard Drive on the TiVo® and there are also some power level issues, so I think it's best to get someone to call out and take a look at things for you.
