Network availability (c133)

Got this message appear . I cant get catch up or on demand . It says more info on virginmedia.com/help/tivo
But NOTHING just look for wot u think is wrong
Could u give info or help plz 😐

Thanks for coming to the Community and posting for the first time Smiley Happy I'm very sorry to see that you've got a C130 error there with the TV.

 

I've been looking into the TiVo and can see that there is a detectable fault on the TV and i can see that the Downstream Power level is a bit off. To avoid any further issues, I'd like to arrange an engineer.
