Hi, I've got a network error C133 appearing on my screen. I have reset both my modem and TiVo box but it hasn't helped. TV is unwatchable and we have no internet access. Is anyone from Virgin able to advise if this error is known in my error and how soon it will be fixed. This has happened too often lately and I am starting to lose faith in the reliability of virgin TV and broadband.
