Network Cable Unplugged

Got up this morning to find no catch up or on demand.

Checked service status but no issues in the area.

Restarted the TIVO and still no catch up and on demand.

Went to settings and attempted to connect to virgin media services which failed with the error "Network Cable Unplugged"
