Network C133

Virgin box stating I have a Network availability issue (C133) meaning I cannot use Catch Up, On Demand or Search and Discover.
Tried reconnecting through the settings tab but the network connection was unsuccessful claiming the servce was not found.
How do I fix this?

I just wanted to pop by and see how things are today?  We did have a known issue on the day you posted regarding this error.

This should now be resolved.  If you're still getting this error, try a reboot to refresh and let me know how you get on.  I'm here ot help if you need anything.
