Network Availability c130

My Tivo box doesn't start up it show network availability C130. I checked all the connection everything is fine tho.

I checked service status it keep saying 1 know issue in your area(20) from last night. I was wondering Is it because of it or I got problem with Tivo box

That could be the problem. Does it not say what the problem is? 

You could try home-help-settings-network-connect to VM.
