Network Availability (C133) Error

Hi,

 

I've not been able to access On Demand or Catchup services on my Tivo box since last night - just wondered if this is a problem with my Tivo box or a network issue?

 

There doesn't appear to be any problems with TV services in my area (according to the status page) - only 2 problems with broadband but they are webmail problems.

 

I have ran the TV test tool on the website, but it says the results are inconclusive.

 

Any idea what the "C133 Error" means?

Hi there nadiya792012, 

 

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having issues watching On Demand and Catchup services for the last few days. 

 

I've done some checks from my end, and can't see any reason why you should be experiencing this issue. We are able to communicate with the set top box with no issue, so I'm hoping that you are now able to watch these services with no issue.
