Network Availability (C130)

Hi,  I have a C130 error code appear on my TiVo box today.  I've rebooted the box and tried connecting to the Virgin Media Services through the settings. I get the message that the cable isn't connected, which is connected. There is also a green flashing light on the front of the box.  Can anyone help please?

Thanks for posting in the community.

 

I can see there are some problems with the box so what I would like to do is to is to arrange for one of our engineers to take a look.

 

I'm just going to send you a private message with appointment times which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
