Network Availability (C130)

I've been having a flashing light on the front of the box and the network availability (C130) notification showing.  I have changed the ethernet cable and tried a reset.

Any ideas please.

Try home-help-settings-network-connect.

Then check the VM website to see my f the fault is in your network area. If not phone in for help

I've run diagnostics and attempted to send signal hits to your box but it doesn't appear to be properly connecting to our network. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to take a look at it for you.
