Just watching a film through On Demand & we've had the film stop & a box pop up saying On Demand is unavailable, & now the above error is showing at the top of the home screen.
Both Catch Up & On Demand are both showing as unavailable.
Also have an "N27" error saying an ethernet cable is unplugged, everything is connected fine from what I can see - nothing is loose.
Have reset the router & it's back working now, but there's not a chance we're doing that every single time - would still like someone to look into this please.

Sorry to hear you've had some trouble with your TiVo®.
I've run some diagnostics on your equipment and the signal is looking great at the moment.
I recommend keeping an eye on it for now and give me a shout if it happens again.
