Network Availability (C130)

Turned my tivo box to find Network Availability (C130) at the top of the home page and catch up and on demand are now showing in grey and can not be used ! what has happened? do i need an engineer ?

Possibly. But try this first. Press Home-help and settings-settings-network- connect to VM services

if that doesn't work it's always worth a reboot (off then on)

if no good call in for an engineer.
