Network Availability C130 following software update

Can anybody please help me to solve the above? I cannot call in as I don't have access to a statement (thanks to them being converted to paperless...) and I cannot remember my password. I cannot therefore check what area I am in.

I'm sorry to read that there's been an error on the TV services. I would like to ask if you have been seeing this issue since? If so, can you please reboot the box as everything is looking good from here from my tests.
