Netflix

Netflix is not working on my box.

Just comes up with Network Error but passes the tests.

I have reset the box twice by turning off at the mains but it still won't work.

What should I do?

Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your Netflix application at the moment. 

I've locate your account to take a closer look at this from our end and we're detecting some errors with the online part of your set top box, if you're still experiencing issues in accessing Netflix, could you try any other application? Also, how is your On Demand / Catch Up working? 

Sorry for the additional questions, we want to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible.
