Netflix

We view Netflix through an TiVo box and AV set up (7.1). We find sound is poor quality. Sometime volume very low, sometimes background sounds are loud but voices very soft. Viewing other forums Netflix streaming seems to cause many problems. Are we unique? is there a solution?

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with the sound from your Netflix application recently.

 

How is live and recorded TV? Are you getting any errors when streaming On Demand content?

 

Additionally, are you able to try watching Netflix without your AV set up? With a HDMI cable straight from the TV to the set top box carrying the picture and audio.
