Having problems watching Netflix on the TiVo box. It either won't start and says app unavailable or it plays and then starts buffering and freezes. Driving me crazy. Any help appreciated

Sorry to hear about the problems you're experiencing with Netflix.
Can I just confirm how long you've had this issue for and does it still happen after a reboot? Also does it freeze/buffer on any other apps on your TiVo® such as YouTube and BBC IPlayer?
