Hi, recently when I access Netflix via the Apps section on the TiVo Home page, it takes approx. 7 mins to load, then constantly cuts out when watching programmes and I need to keep going back into the program. Today it took over 10 mins to load Netflix, and stopped playback 3 times during a 30 min program. Any ideas please
