Netflix

Hey all, just wondering if you could help me, we just renewed our contracts with virgin media and the new deal we got includes netflix for 6 months however its been 2 days now and i have recieved nothing by email in regards to this so how do I go about getting my netflix 6 months pass?

It can take up to 5 days for the voucher to be generated and sent out I believe. If you've not got it after that then it should also be noted on your account and can be give out over the phone.

Ok cheers for that.
I will wait till then and if not just phone up to get it. Any idea which department would be able to help me in this instance?
