Sick of everytime I want to watch something on Netflix it sticks and re sets my tvo box what's going on , the amount of money I pay a month

Many thanks for your post, I'm very sorry to learn about the Netflix rebooting the box, this is strange behaviour.


I've been able to take a glance into the account and I can see that there is additional demand for the services in the evenings. I've been able to highlight this to our network team and I'll have an update for you here with a ticket reference Smiley Happy
