Netflix

Every single time i try to watch netflix through my tivo box i constantly get a buffering at 25%.My netflix then freezes&tivo box has to be unplugged&reset.i have had this problem for well over a year&can get no help from virgin or netflix.
Can anybody help?

The only help I can offer is from my own experience and is not a permanent fix.

For the first couple of months Netflix worked really well and then I had the same problems you're having. I had to reboot the TiVo every time I wanted to start Netflix.

It was annoying but it worked. I had no issues after a reboot. The problem went away after two weeks.

Thanks.
Unfortunatly restarting the tivo box does not solve the problem.
The same thing just happens again every time.
This has left me a very frustrated customer to the point i will be cancelling my Virgin Media contract at the 1st opportunity.
