Netflix

Hi for the last couple days I have been unable to access Netflix on my Tivos , getting a message saying my login details don't match an account in their records even though the same login details works fine on my Xbox and iPad . I have 2 TiVo boxes and the same problem

Have you tried removing the Netflix account from each TiVo and re-loggin in?

The delete is somewhere is the Settings menu

Can't find anyway to delete the account , I have tried setting up another account via the one month free trial offer and that just gives me an unable to process your request message

Cheers mate , found the remove account on the Netflix site and it's done the trick
