I also can not Access Netflix , for over 3 weeks now. Phoned virgin several times to be told an update is happening in my area soon. Updates have been done but still not working. I have been talked through different ways from Virgin staff on how to sort it out but it never works. Any suggestions? Apparently Virgin will let me know when it's sorted. Still waiting. Terrible customer service
