Netflix viewing issue on tivo

Having issues watching Netflix through TiVo on my normal TV for about a month now - can load and play but then after about 10 mins it stops, tries to reload, gets stuck on 25% and then says my device is not connected to the internet or we are having problems please try later. I rang virgin who sent me a new router but the same problem and error message came up. Can someone help as getting fed up watching 10 minutes at a time!

I've run some diagnostics on your equipment and I can see in issue with the input signal that feeds your TiVo® and Superhub.
