I can't use Netflixs through my Tivo box because it constantly buffers or just stops completely saying the title is unavailable. I have to bypass Tivo and use my laptop to watch Netflix. Your customer service let me know this is a shortcoming of the Tivo software. Please let me know when/if this will be fixed?

Although we are experiencing some errors where playback stops on 25% buffering, we're not experiencing issues which cause the permanent issues you've described.
