How many devices have you already used to sign in to your Netflix?
When going into the settings on TiVo® is there any account information already stored?
Have you tried again since posting? How have things been?

I wanted to pop by and say I'm glad you we're able to sign in in the end to Netflix. Is this something that happens frequently/intermittently?

Got exactly the same have been through umpteen processes with VM techs, no joy.
Complete waste of time. Apple TV of course works all the time, shame Apple don't make the set top boxes or run Virginmedia. It might work as it is supposed to then :-(
