Netflix problem


Newbie here

Like a lot of other posts I get a few minutes in and then Netflix buffers goes to 25% then says there's a problem

Hard reset if TiVo box done

Can anyone assist please?

This is a long running Netflix issue - if doesn't cause problems for some but those with problems are not just on TiVo but also PS3, Xbox and Youview.


It is something Netflix need to resolve.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this disruption with Netflix on the TiVo® service.  I'll be happy to help check this out with you.


I have carried out some checks from here with the TiVo® box and all looks great with the signal and power levels.  Also I have checked the network and all is looking ok from here as well.  


Do you get the same or similar symptoms when using BBC iPlayer?  If you don't normally use the BBC iPlayer via TiVo® would you mind testing it out please?  Pick out any programme via the BBC iPlayer App and see if you get the same type of issues there, that would be great and very helpful for us.
