I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this disruption with Netflix on the TiVo® service. I'll be happy to help check this out with you.
I have carried out some checks from here with the TiVo® box and all looks great with the signal and power levels. Also I have checked the network and all is looking ok from here as well.
Do you get the same or similar symptoms when using BBC iPlayer? If you don't normally use the BBC iPlayer via TiVo® would you mind testing it out please? Pick out any programme via the BBC iPlayer App and see if you get the same type of issues there, that would be great and very helpful for us.
