Netflix on TiVo issue

Keep getting a message saying that title cannot be played half way through have to exit an resume
Have no problem playing on pc,ps4,iPhone or iPad

I'm sorry to read that you've recently been having some issues whilst viewing shows on Netflix. I have been looking into the TV services and haven't been able to see anything amiss at the moment. 

 

I would like to ask if this is still happening after a reboot? 

 

I was able to test the broadband connection and noticed a few errors, I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
