Netflix not working

Netflix isn’t working, keeps saying try again then error code nw-2-5. I’ve put everything off and on again and checked cables are all in properly not sure what else to try?

I did speak with someone in your team on Thursday 5th October and they assured me Netflix would be working again by Friday morning 6th October. It’s still not working and that’s almost a week now. Annoying when you’re paying for a service you’re not getting. Can anyone tell me when it will be working again please?

Checking the account today, it looks as though there was a fault in the area at the time you spoke to the team.

I received my new v box today and have installed it. Netflix is working at last but on demand is saying it’s not available at the moment so still no I player. I’ll check in the morning and get back in touch if I still can’t get on demand.

Glad to hear Netflix is working for you now. 

 

The On Demand and Catch up can take a day or 2 to load fully. 

 

How have things been since you posted? I'm hoping things are working as they should be now.

Everything is working great and I love the v box. It’s so much faster to go on Netflix and I player now! I’m definitely a happy customer, thank you!
Just one tiny wee thing! I had greys anatomy set up to be recorded when the new series starts but now when i search for it, it’s not there. Wondered why?
