Netflix not working

hi

trying to watch a season and after one episode it starts buffering at 25% and needs to be constantly restarted.

this is extremely frustrating for the amount we pay. Joanna

Hate to say it but don't expect a fix. It's been happening for loads of Virgin users for two years and never ever gets resolved. Very poor. Works perfectly on other broadband suppliers.
