Netflix not working

I'm having problems signing into Netflix on my TiVo box. Apparently my password is wrong but it's not

I'm sorry to learn about the issue when signing in, I can see that you've mentioned checking your password is correct, are you able to log into the website version here

Yes I can log in on the website and on PlayStation. I'm only having an issue using it on my TiVo box

I'd like to ask if you can please try changing the password through and re-entering this into the TiVo side to see if it picks up the new change?

I'd just like to establish that the correct password is being inputted into the TiVo as in the past there have been comments about the remote putting in the wrong password. I would suggest typing the password into the search to see if there's any lag or change in how you put it in.
