Netflix not working

This week I've been unable to get the netflix app going on my box. It says "currently unavailable. (A01)"

It is running smoothly on my computer and other devices.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for coming by and I'm sorry to hear you're unable to use Netflix at the moment.  I'll get right on it to find out what's happening.

 

I have connected to your box remotely and it is not showing the full results at present.  Can you please confirm if your box is currently turned on?  

 

Once confirmed I will be able to check further.

Actually, a lot of stuff is faulty. Catch up and on demand is offline, half of the channels are not working, some others have a bad signal...

This is the third time I have problems with my TiVo box in the last 6 months, it's becoming a bit too much.
